Shared Meetings & Groups for a more effective collaboration

You can now share any individual call via a secure public link.

This is perfect for clients or partners, but also for making collaboration more effective within your team. Here’s what others will be able to see and do:

  • If they don’t have a Bliro account, the link gives them read-only access. This means they’ll be able to see the AI summary, transcript and call details.
  • On top of that, signed-in Bliro users can also use Ask Bliro and write private notes.

Adding an extra privacy layer, you can revoke access to the call at any time. If you want to share the same call again, old links are rendered unusable and a new unique link is issued.

We’ve also upgraded how we share groups in order to take team work to the next level.

  • Each call will contain private manual notes and Ask Bliro for every user the group’s shared with. This allows them to better analyse the meeting and notes.
  • We’ve added four roles: Viewer, Contributor, Editor, and Owner. Check out the permissions of these roles here.

Smarter Reminders

We’ve reworked how Bliro handles meeting reminders. You’ll now be able to complete the following actions from the desktop app as well:

  • Choose which meeting tools should trigger reminders.
  • Connect your calendar directly and manage reminders by type (Always, With Participants, With External Participants).

Everything’s customizable so Bliro fits how you work, not the other way around.

This is available from Bliro 1.8.5 and above.

Effortless Audio Settings

From now on, Bliro takes care of your audio setup automatically, removing the need to manually adjust input or output devices. All of this is handled in the background, making your experience smoother.

Here’s how it works:

  • On macOS, Bliro follows your system preferences.
  • On Windows, you can still manually choose your mic manually.

This is available from Bliro 1.8.5 and above.

Other Improvements

Bliro now supports transcription in 50+ languages, including Thai, Persian, Hungarian and many more.
