About

Maurice Schweitzer

Maurice Schweitzer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bliro, a Conversation Intelligence platform that enables customer-facing teams to automate GDPR-compliant documentation of conversations. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) (B.Sc., 2015–2019) and completed his Master's degree in Finance and Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) (M.Sc., 2019–2022). Before founding Bliro, he gained professional experience at Celonis, Germany's first decacorn in the field of Process Mining.

Since April 2022 (over 3 years), Maurice Schweitzer has led Bliro as CEO, responsible for product strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market in the DACH market. Under his leadership, the platform has acquired over 1,500 European enterprise customers — including ImmoScout24, Telefónica Germany, Igus, and Lanxess. In total, he raised 3.3 million Euros in venture capital from LEA Partners, 468 Capital, and Rockstart. Bliro's core approach is recording-free real-time transcription, which combines Conversation Intelligence with strict GDPR compliance and works council compatibility.

Already during his studies, Maurice Schweitzer was actively involved as a board member of PionierGarage e.V., Germany's largest student startup initiative at KIT. Through the Manage&More program of UnternehmerTUM he deepened his entrepreneurial education. Further professional positions at enmacc, Gebr. Heller Maschinenfabrik, and Deutsche Bank complement his profile at the intersection of technology, sales, and company building.
