














9:00 AM, first call. You have 30 seconds to prepare - the calendar is packed. During the meeting, you type notes on the side and hope the customer doesn't notice. The call ends, you open the CRM and try to capture the key points before the next call starts.
Three calls later, you can't remember who you told what. In the evening you write follow-ups - too late, too vague, too generic. By the end of the day you've had five calls but only two are properly documented. The rest is in your head - until tomorrow.
