We’ve completely rebuilt our summaries and the difference is huge. They now follow your instructions more precisely and extract key details like numbers, dates, and facts with much higher accuracy. For now, these new summaries are still hidden behind a button, but they’ll fully replace the old version in the coming days. Try them out you’ll notice the improvement instantly.
A New Spot for Ask Bliro
The new call page layout makes navigation easier than ever. Ask Bliro now has a permanent home on the right side of the screen. At the moment, it responds based on the current call’s context, but soon it will be able to connect the dots across multiple calls.
Speaker Management is Simpler Now
Speakers are now recognized more clearly and can be changed with a single click - directly from the transcript or the summary.
Heads-Up for Webhook Users
We’re updating the summary data schema for Bliro webhooks. If you’re using summaries via webhook integration, this update will require you to migrate to the new schema. A detailed migration guide will land in your inbox soon.
Better Audio Capture on macOS
MacBook users, rejoice! The desktop app now uses Apple’s latest audio capture frameworks, meaning no more dependency on screen recording for great sound quality.
