Who are Vicky and Tim?

Vicky and Tim are Bliro's AI voice assistants - your personal companions for field sales. You can call them just like any other contact, for example, while driving between appointments. Use them to prepare for a meeting, dictate a visit report, update a CRM field, or draft a follow-up email. Tim and Vicky have the same capabilities - the choice is yours.

How do Vicky & Tim work?

Vicky and Tim are saved as regular contacts in your phone. You simply call them like any other number - no internet connection required, just standard mobile reception. You don't need an extra app: just a Bliro account, and you can save Vicky or Tim just like any other contact. This way, you can reach them anywhere - in the parking lot, at the office, or on the go.

How does Bliro protect my data and participants' privacy?

Bliro doesn't save audio or video files and transcribes conversations anonymously. All data is processed on servers in the EU in accordance with GDPR.

Do I need the transcription to use Vicky and Tim?

No. Using Vicky and Tim is completely independent of transcription - many customers use only the voice assistants, without any transcription at all. If you'd like, you can additionally have on-site conversations or other meetings transcribed - this is an optional add-on, not a prerequisite. If transcription is used, Vicky and Tim can access the context of the transcripts.

Which integrations does Bliro support?

Bliro integrates seamlessly with tools like Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, as well as CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and HubSpot. Bliro can also connect with email services like Gmail and Outlook, as well as calendars such as Google Calendar. Through an open API, virtually any third-party tool can also be connected.
