Bliro is completely free for individual users. Companies can roll out bliro to an unlimited number of users and only pay for the meeting minutes that are transcribed and summarized with bliro.

Is bliro visible in my meeting?


No. No Bliro bot joins your meeting. Bliro's AI Notetaker runs in the background to transcribe and summarize your meetings in real time.

Can I only use bliro for online meetings?


No, bliro works for all of your conversations! Whether you're working online in Zoom, Microsoft Teams or another tool, or you talk to clients or colleagues in the office: As long as you have your laptop with an internet connection with you, you can use bliro to transcribe and summarize your conversations.

How does bliro protect my privacy and the privacy of other meeting participants? 


Protecting your privacy is central to us. Nothing is transcribed or documented without your explicit permission, and you always have full control over where your data is sent.

To protect the privacy of all meeting participants, bliro doesn't record audio or video. The meeting audio is transcribed anonymously in real time without caching the audio on your laptop. Only transcripts and summaries are stored on our platform and in our customers' systems.

With which tools can bliro be integrated?


Bliro works with all the meeting and telephony solutions on your laptop without the need for special integrations. It stores summaries in meeting objects in Salesforce and HubSpot. Plus, bliro integrates with Slack and Confluence to share specific highlights or AI summaries with a single click.

Do I need admin approval to use bliro?
